• Casi siempre / casi todos los días = 90%
• Frecuentemente / muchas veces / a menudo = 70%
• A veces = 40%
• Casi nunca = 10%
• Nunca = 0%

Frequency adverbs can be positioned before or after the main verb of the sentence. However, if we place “nunca” or “casi nunca” after the verb, we need to use “no” before the verb:

• Nunca veo la tele.
• No veo la tele nunca.
