Figures, tables and embedded media

Part IV will guide you in including figures, tables and embedded media.  It covers:

• placement and numbering
• captions and including acknowledgements
• referring to these materials in the text.

Figures include graphs, charts, maps, posters, drawings and photographs. Tables are tabulated data which may be numerical and/or textual. Videos are recordings embedded in the text which exist as host to an external location.
