Writing your Literature Review
Welcome to this RMIT University Library online module which provides you with key information, strategies and resources for writing a literature review.
The module is aimed at graduate researchers (PhD or Masters by Research) who are seeking to understand the purpose of a literature review and how to write one.
The course materials include information, videos and learning activities which explore key features of writing a literature review.

Learning objectives
On successful completion of the module, you will be able to:
- Understand the purpose of a literature review.
- Understand how to organise your ideas as you review literature.
- Understand how to write your literature review, including how to structure and style your literature review.
This module should take you about 30 minutes to complete.
